On Saturday night in front of a home crowd, Auburn recorded their 6th win in a row against the Ole Miss Rebels, this time doing so in style with a 31-20 victory. One player who returned to his earlier season form was running back Tank Bigsby. Though he had a few quieter performances of late, Bigsby reminded everyone why he is one of the best backs in college football on Saturday night.
As the first quarter was coming to a close, Auburn, winning 7-3, was knocking on the door of the the end zone. On 3rd and goal, Bigsby in dramatic fashion dove over the attempted UNC goal line stop and landed in the end zone, putting Auburn up 13-3.

Bigsby wasn't alone in the rushing touchdown category. Quarterback Bo Nix got in on the action, running for two touchdowns himself and throwing for another. These touchdowns coupled with a field goal and a touchdown on a catch by Jarquez Hunter would give the Tigers a 31-21 win over the Rebels. Bigsby finished his day with 23 carries for 140 yards with the one touchdown. It was Bigsby's first 100-yard rushing game since Auburn's September game against Penn State.
Auburn now prepares for a Saturday, November 6th game against Texas A&M at Kyle Field. Kick-off will be at 3:30 PM.
